Fishtock
A fish stock analysis tool that predicts the future stock of fish.
Overview
Fishtock is a fish stock assessment tool that uses deep learning to predict the stock status of a fish population. It is designed for fisheries scientists and managers. It can be used to estimate the fish stock in a particular area or country. Currently, the model is trained for Hilsha fish in Bangladesh.
Requirements
- Python 3.11 or higher, but lower than 3.12
- Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn
