stechbd edge logs

edge deploy:prod ships the working tree to production. edge logs follows the build to its end, and exits 1 if it failed.

stechbd edge promote '#42'

• edge ls lists deployments, where each went and what it was built from.
• edge rollback returns to the previous production release, after asking.
• edge promote '#42' puts a tested preview live, as the same artifact.

compute takes the same deploy commands as edge. The two are how the panel bills a front end and everything else; the pipeline is the same.
