Exit codes
A script can branch on the exit code:
| Code | Meaning |
|---|---|
0 | It worked. |
1 | It ran and did not succeed: it was refused, or something unexpected happened. |
2 | The command or a flag is wrong. Check what you typed. |
3 | The command is real, but this build cannot run it. |
Codes 2 and 3 are kept apart on purpose. With --json, the panel's own code from the error body is placed where a script can read it.
